Sorry about the late email. We are still having online sessions this week. Please join us for a great 30 minute workout!
Reminder: Here are a few things your player will need, a laptop/chromebook or tablet, a soccer ball, a water bottle, tennis shoes (indoor/outdoor soccer shoes work as well) and a space about 5 feet by 5 feet. These sessions can be done inside or outside, as long as your player can see the screen and follow the coach. Let us know if you experience any problems.

Attention all Goalies: (8th grade and younger for now - High School rules) There are a few things you’ll need before starting. You’ll need 3 tennis balls or more, cones that are shorter to the ground, two soccer balls & a great attitude. These drills for the most part need partners to help. We appreciate your help through this tough time. Let’s get to training!! Session should last about 30-45 minutes
