For over 30 years, each year 1,200+ teams from around the world have come to Minnesota to participate in a soccer tournament that leaves a lifetime of memories.  The tournament is held at the National Sports Center in Blaine, MN.

The week begins on Tuesday, July 18 with an Olympic Style Event Ceremony featuring A colorful parade of teams dressed in game uniforms or native country apparel carrying their banners before a packed stadium of 10,000 spectators.

Games begin on Tuesday, July 18 and end on Saturday, July 22 for U10-U19  with a four game guarantee; all teams advance to playoffs, with award ceremonies on Saturday.

Teams:

Teams will be formed by combining age brackets to make the strongest teams to compete during this tournament. There will be tryouts if needed.

This is an amazing opportunity to play with teams from all around the world.

Coaches: 

Our Director of Coaching, Tony Smith, will be contacting the coaches within our program to help facilitate and coach the teams.

Practices: 

There will be additional training sessions, generally some practices set up in June with more in July leading up to the tournament.  Coaches will work out a practice schedule that fits their schedule and they will work with the families to achieve maximum participation.

Player Requirements:

Players may only play if they are fully participating in The Brainerd Blast Summer Competitive Program.  This is meant to be an opportunity for players to play MORE soccer at a higher level.

Cost includes tournament fees and coaches' pay.

Registration:

Registration will close Tuesday May 16th. Teams will be finalized after tryouts and announced the following week.

The Team Selection Committee has final say on what teams are formed and who is on each team.  All decisions are final.

By registering you are committing to playing in the tournament.  Once teams are formed, full payment is due by May 31st.   If you back out after this date, your registration fee will not be refunded.All players not selected to attend this year will receive a full refund.
